SP(R)Series vertical slurry pump are single-stage, single-suction, cantilevered, vertical, centrifugal slurry pumps that is in liquid to handle abrasive, large particle and high concentration slurries. It can operate normally without shaft gland and shaft gland water, even lack of intake. KSP pump body is made from antifriction metal, the impeller is made from antifriction metal or rubber and polyurethane. Submerged parts of the KSPR pump coated rubber for transportation corrosive slurry. Especially suitable for used as all kinds of pit pump in mines and coal preparation system.

SHAFT- Different lengths of pump drive shafts are available to meet your working condition requests.LARGE PARTICLE IMPELLERS- Large particle impellers are also available and enable passing unusually large solids.BEARING ASSEMBLY- Maintenance friendly Bearing Assembly has heavy duty roller bearings, robust bearing housings, and a massive shaft.CASING- The metal pumps have a heavy walled abrasive resistant chrome alloy. The rubber pumps have a molded rubber casing.COLUMN AND DISCHARGE PIPE-- The metal pump columns and discharge pipes are steel, and the rubber columns and discharge pipes are rubber covered.UPPER STRAINERS- Snap in polyurethane strainers fit in column openings on the smaller sizes and steel strainers on the larger sizes.LOWER STRAINER- Bolt on steel strainers on the metal pump and molded snap on polyurethane strainers on the rubber pumps.
